Price is inclusive of electricity, water, air conditioning, cleaning, linen and towels. A 30% non refundable deposit secures any week. The balance is payable in full 8 weeks prior to rental. The renter is liable for all breakages/damages, a deposit of £300 is required when the balance is paid, which will be returned when the villa has been checked after your stay.
Sorry, no pets allowed. Villa Chile Tres has a no smoking policy.
what happens next?
To make an enquiry or booking, you can either email, fill in the enquiry form via the make enquiry link on the right or call us on 07802 210 707.
Once you have submitted an enquiry, we will respond by phone or email within 24 hours.
Once we have contacted you and confirmed availability we can provisionally hold your booking enquiry and send you a detailed booking form via email. The provisional booking enquiry will be held for 7 days.
To confirm your booking please read the terms and conditions before submitting the form. Once complete we will contact you to arrange a non refundable deposit of 30%, this can be paid via bank transfer or cheque.
We will send to you a statement of amounts owed.
Our change over days are on a Saturday, however every measure will be made to accommodate your booking if a Saturday is not convenient.
