Villa Chile Tres is situated within the Hacienda del Alamo, a new Spanish golf resort in Murcia comprising of stylish apartments, penthouses and villas with views stretching over the landscaped gardens, two 18 hole golf courses and the coastal mountain ranges.
Hacienda del Alamo has many facilities to complement the golf course, with a large two level driving range, a challenge course, putting green and a fully equipped golfing academy. Other activities at the golf resort include tennis courts and paddleball, but there is also lots to see just outside the resort with mountain biking and hiking amongst the mountains and various water sports available at the local beaches including sailing, scuba diving, canoeing, wind surfing.
Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort is situated in Spain’s ‘market garden’, protected by the nearby mountains and surrounded by beautiful open countryside, it provides one of the healthiest climates in Europe with winter temperature regularly raising to 20C+ and over 320 days of sunshine a year. The popular cities of Cartagena (20 minutes) and Murcia (30 minutes) are close by as are many of the fantastic beaches around the unique Mar Menor, Europe’s large lagoon.This relatively undiscovered corner of South East Spain with 250 kilometres of Mediterranean coast known as the Costa Calida (warm coast) in the region of Murcia is genuinely un spoilt. It is developing fast but the many areas of natural beauty are protected whilst low rise developments are planned and sensitively slotted into the landscape.
Across the Murcia region a range of contrasting landscapes are all within easy reach - deserts and arid lands in the high plateaus of the north west, crystal clear waters, sandy beaches and coastal mountains can be found along much of the Costa Calida and orchards filled with lemon groves and almond trees are dotted all over the region.
The area of Murcia is easily accessible from the UK with many low cost airlines flying into Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) airport, which are approx 1 hour 20 minutes and 40 minutes away from Hacienda del Alamo respectively.

If you wish to enjoy a meal out or even just a refreshing drink, the striking golf clubhouse is less than 200m away with a restaurant serving buffet style lunches, as well as an a la carte menu during lunchtimes and evenings. You can also enjoy breakfasts, light snacks or a relaxing drink at the clubhouse bar.

flying to Hacienda del Alamo
The area is served by two main airports, Alicante to the north is 80 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) to the east is around 40 minutes away.
There are a number of low cost flight providers flying to both San Javier and Alicante from airports in the UK and Europe.
car hire
A hire car is recommended to fully enjoy your stay at Villa Chile Tres. Hiring a car on arrival at the airport is relatively cheap and easy to arrange (this can also be done online in the UK before departure) giving you the freedom to combine your relaxation at Villa Chile Tres with excursions to the local attractions as you like.

A taxi from Murcia is approximately €60 one way.
